Ⅲ. Main Technical Features of the Equipment
本設(shè)備主要用于（PE PP）薄膜料的再生造粒。該機(jī)組集原料的輸送、擠出造粒等多功能于一體，生產(chǎn)過程節(jié)省了原材料重復(fù)運(yùn)輸?shù)膭诹Γ欣趬嚎s塑化，大大提高產(chǎn)能力和塑化質(zhì)量。破碎桶采用大功率交流電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，大塊物料無需破碎工序處理可直接下料；主擠出機(jī)螺桿結(jié)構(gòu)特別設(shè)計(jì)，有利于對(duì)碎膜料的壓縮、輸送、塑化和排氣，提高造粒質(zhì)量；機(jī)筒控溫采用了數(shù)字式高精度溫控表、大功率鑄鐵加熱器和低噪音冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)精密控制機(jī)筒溫度，保證物料的塑化質(zhì)量。配置先進(jìn)的低噪音硬齒面帶強(qiáng)制潤滑減速機(jī)，保證主機(jī)適應(yīng)高轉(zhuǎn)速連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
This equipment is mainly used for (PE PP) film material regeneration granulation. The unit integrates raw material conveying, extrusion granulation and other functions, and the production process saves the labor of repeated transportation of raw materials, is conducive to compression plasticization, and greatly improves the production capacity and plasticizing quality. The crushing barrel is driven by high-power ac motor, and the bulk materials can be directly cut without the crushing process. The screw structure of the main extruder is specially designed, which is conducive to the compression, transportation, plasticization and exhaust of the film crushing materials and improves the quality of granulation. Barrel temperature control adopts digital high-precision temperature control meter, high-power cast iron heater and low-noise cooling fan to precisely control barrel temperature to ensure the plasticizing quality of materials. Equipped with advanced hard tooth surface with low noise and forced lubrication reducer to ensure the main machine is suitable for continuous running at high speed.

This gear box boasts the characteristic of stable running, low noise, high bearing capacity, long life-span, easy to dismantle for checking use and so on. The material of the reduction box gear is 20CrMnTi,with process of forging, quenching, carburizing. And the hardness of the gear surface is up to HRC54~62,.After digital grinding process, the gear’s size is with high accuracy, and the gears contact smoothly and therefore, with high transmission efficiency. There is an large-thrust self-aligning roller bearing which can bear the axial thrust from the working screw. It uses lube pump to lubricate the place needed and meanwhile, use high efficiency water cooling system to cool the lube.
